Design and development of your website is only half the work. Once your website is live on the internet, you must keep it up-to-date and continually add new content and update existing content. Many website owners never update their content, and this results in decreased search engine exposure and loss of business. Nothing leaves a worse impression on your customers than an out-of-date website. Most successful web sites update their front page content at least once a week. Consider your grocery store, how often do they advertise new specials or products? The internet is no different, you must keep the viewer's interest or they will go somewhere else.

Maintaining a web site is a labor intensive, complex task. But, the amount of required maintenance is often not sufficient enough to justify hiring a full time (or part-time) employee to handle this task. In addition, certain technical skills such as HTML, PHP, FTP and graphics techniques may not be available within your company.

All website maintenance packages have the following terms:

Standard website maintenance is billable at $50 / hour.

Any website maintenance exceeding the hours available in your maintenance package will be billed at the standard hourly rate.

Updates for each month are automatically reset at the end of each month, even if you do not use all of your available updates.

Updates are billed with a 1/2 hour minimum per update (after the initial 1/2 hour minimum, time will be tracked in 1/4 hour increments).

Website maintenance is part of marketing your site and can be very time consuming.
