Paul L. Russell

President and Chief Executive Officer

Paul Russell co-founded JARRP in 2003, and has served as its chief executive officer since 2005. Mr. Russell serves as the head web developer, and is involved in all day-to-day operations and management. Mr. Russell received a B.B.A. in computer information systems from the University of Central Arkansas in 1995.

Rickey L. Harrison

Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer

Rick Harrison co-founded JARRP in 2003, and has served as its chief operating officer since 2003. Mr. Harrison controls day-to-day responsibilities of growing and managing the company's products and new development. Mr. Harrison attended Texas Tech University through 1999, majoring in History and in Exercise in Sports and Science. He was a member of Golden Key and selected to the National Honor Society.

Andre L. Walker

Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer

Andre Walker co-founded JARRP in 2003, and has served as its chief financial officer since 2005. Mr. Walker manages all financial aspects of the company and is responsible for the company's accounting. Mr. Walker received a B.B.A. in computer information systems from the University of Arkansas-Little Rock in 1998.

Darren E. Baumer

Executive Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer

Darren Baumer joined JARRP in 2005, and is currently its chief technology officer. Mr. Baumer leads the Research, Development and Technology departments to provide technical vision and web development to the company. Mr. Baumer attended Drumright Junior Technical College, in Oklahoma. Studying in Technology & Computer Repair.
